Coordinator of the Rainbow Process
Responsible for major pre-sales offers in the group which often concern a single division in accordance with the company's procedures (until the hamdover to delivery).
Has responsibility for the final production of the proposal, in cooperation with the production, legal, financial and commercial departments
Coordinate and manage the resources needed to respond to business opportunities, to ensure that proposals and contracts are aligned with Atos' strategy and capabilities, and that they meet the needs and requirements of clients
Assumes responsibility for the project proposal plan and its implementation, budget, processes, risk management and mitigation strategy, as well as all quality aspects of the pre-sales preparation process
Manage the approvals of the final decisions makers
Has an established network of contacts within the local Atos Origin and the wider global Atos Origin network or where new to Atos Origin, demonstrates an ability to achieve this quickly.
Business fluent in another relevant language.
Master’s degree or hold a relevant professional qualification
Relevant experience as Bid Manager with a strong track record being gained in a managed operations and services integration environment
A proven track record in managing communications internally and externally at strategic and senior Management level
Experienced in creating a bid community and functional teams
Experience of leading and motivating several large and complex teams in a pressured work environment
Experienced in set up business cases
Experienced in relevant legal aspects (e.g. terms of conditions, penalty systems)

Essential Background Requirements
Typically educated to university level (e.g. Bachelor or Master). Otherwise, may hold a relevant professional qualification.
Has been successful in the role of Project Manager level 7, or
Has extensive prior (IT related) project experience of leading medium to large sized projects.
Has a proven record of realistic estimation and demonstrates the financial / cost awareness along with the customer facing and behavioural skills to take responsibility for large projects.
Experience in management of international projects.
Business fluent in the English language.
